Donate furniture in good condition, and dispose of furniture in bad condition. Many charitable reuse stores accept good condition furniture at drop-off sites throughout Kitsap County. Some (Northwest Center, The Arc, NK Fishline) have donation pickup service for some items.
If an item is in bad condition and cannot be donated, see the disposal intructions below.
If it cannot be reused, metal furniture can be recycled as scrap metal. See scrap metal for more information.
Give away, sell, or donate good condition items. Contact a reuse company below to ask about donating your specific item. Verify accepted items and hours. Furniture given for donation must have minimal chips, no large stains, and upholstery in good condition. Used mattresses and boxsprings are not accepted by most locations.
If you can't sell it or give it away, disposed as garbage at a facility below. Fees apply. Customers must unload the item themselves.
